MILO, NY — A three-vehicle accident involving an alleged drunk driver left one person dead in Milo, New York on Friday, July 18th, 2014, according to the news report released by The Greenfield Reporter.
Police believe Roxan Meier was killed when the vehicle she was a passenger in was struck, along with one other vehicle by a car that is believed to have lost control for reasons currently under investigation Friday evening.

Roxan Meier died at the scene of the crash. The driver of the offending vehicle was identified as Sabrina Livermore, who currently faces drunk driving related charges stemming from the accident.
The New York State Police are helping local officials with the crash investigation.
