GREER, SC — A single-vehicle accident left two people dead, and two others in the hospital in Greer, South Carolina on Wednesday, July 16th, 2014, according to the news report from WSPA.
Authorities believe Aaron Al-Rawi was killed when the car in which he was a passenger is thought to have experienced a sudden loss of control for reasons currently under investigation while driving on Fawnbrook Drive around 6:00 Wednesday morning.

Aaron Al-Rawi was pronounced dead after the crash. Also killed in the crash was Andrew Jackson, who was pronounced dead at Greenville Memorial Hospital where he was taken after the crash.
The South Carolina State Police are still investigating the accident at this time.
Commentary:
There is one fact circulating in the news that gripped my attention. The fact that the driver of the vehicle had no driver’s license should be investigated heavily. This could be a case of negligent instrument. Any time you hand the keys to a dangerous device like a car, motorcycle or ATV, and know that the person your trusting it with is either unqualified or incompetent to do so, you can and should be held liable for your actions. There is a reason people need to be licensed to drive, and anybody who assists somebody in undermining this needs to be held responsible.
