According to Midland TX news reports a hit-and-run accident in Odessa left one woman injured on August 4 2012. Police said that 20-year old Amanda Estepp was delivering newspapers in the early morning hours and was driving west on Penbrook Street when an eastbound driver swerved into her lane of traffic.

Estepp was injured in the collision and sustained a shattered right femur a dislocated ankle broken arms and various other injuries. The driver of the vehicle that struck Estepp reportedly fled the scene. Police said that it may have een a stolen truck.
