According to news sources in west Texas an accident in Amarillo TX left 29-year old Jared Cook with critical life-threatening injuries on July 27 2012. Police reports said that Cook was a passenger in 40-year old Alexander Eisenmans Ford which was struck by a driver believed to be under the influence of alcohol.

The wreck happened at the intersection of 34th Avenue and South Coulter Road where Eisenmans Ford was struck by 19-year old Jacob William Lees Toyota. The accident sent Cook a passenger in Eisenmans Ford to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Lee was then arrested and charged with intoxication assault police said.
