CAJON PASS, CA — A dump truck accident left two teens dead and two people in the hospital in Cajon Pass, California on Wednesday, June 25th, 2014, according to the news article from The Sun.
Representatives from the California State Police have said that they have reason to believe 20-year-old Michael Baker was hurt when the Chrysler PT Cruiser.

Michael Baker was taken by EMS personnel to a nearby hospital with critical injuries. Also injured in the crash was Shane Gretzner.
California Highway Patrol is handling the accident investigation.
Commentary:
If the news report is accurate when it says the dump truck ran the stop sign, then the trucking company is probably going to take the brunt of this accident on the nose. This accident could have happened for one of two reasons. Either the driver was not present behind the wheel, and didnt see the stop sign because he was distracted by any number of nuisances in the vehicle, or the truck experienced some kind of malfunction with its brakes or steering. Either way, this accident is more than likely on the shoulders of the trucking company responsible for this vehicle.
