Odessa TX news reports stated that a pedestrian accident at the intersection of University Boulevard and JBS Parkway left three young people with nonfatal injuries on March 11 2012. Sources said that Christopher Lynn Stoker Tristian Robert Clay Stoker 11 and Tayann Cates 7 were struck by a Chrysler while attempting to cross University Boulevard at its intersection with JBS Parkway.

According to reports 23-year old Angelica Liddell was westbound in a Chrysler 300 and struck Tristian and Christopher initially. She was not injured in the accident but the two boys were taken to a hospital and treated. Cates was also taken to a hospital after he reportedly ran into a police cruiser that had stopped at the scene immediately after Liddell has struck the Stoker boys.
