SEQUOYRAH COUNTY, AR — One man has died after a single-vehicle crash that occurred in Sequoyah County, Arkansas on Monday, June 2nd, 2014, according to a report from 5 News Online.
Investigators say Andy Wilson was killed when the vehicle he was driving drifted off the road and crashed while driving on Highway 59 around 11:15 in the evening Monday.

Paramedics rushed Andy Wilson to a nearby hospital where he died a short time later.
Officials are investigating what may have caused the accident, and hope to release more information about the crash at a later date.
