Commentary:
I need people to understand that with single-vehicle accident, there is always a chance that the accident was caused by driver error, or possible over-correction, but this is not the first conclusion people need to jump to. Why? Because they simply are not equipped with enough information to arrive at this kind of conclusion. Firstly the news articles are largely based off of police reports, which contrary to popular belief are written by police officers, not professional accident investigators. The authorities responding to this scene may have had another call to rush off to and left the report incomplete, only to fill in the details later on. This is why independent investigation is important in cases like this, in order to complete incomplete or inaccurate information.
