Houston, TX — A woman was arrested a driving through a Houston neighborhood and hitting a pedestrian. The accident occurred in the early morning on April 14, near the intersection of South Braeswood Blvd. and South Gessner Drive.
The woman, who’s name has not yet been released, crashed into a sign at the Braes Hollow apartments. It was here that she also hit the pedestrian. The vehicle was damaged to the point that it would no longer drive, and it was the parking lot of the apartment complex that she was arrested by the police.
Officials are working currently to discover whether or not the woman was intoxicated.
The pedestrian was critically injured and taken to Ben Taub General Hospital. There’s been no word on her current condition.
