PLANT CITY, FL — A head-on collision killed four people in Plant City, Florida on Friday, March 28th, 2014, according to a report from The Tampa Bay Times.
Florida State Police representatives say that 26-year-old Joe Vizcarrondo was killed when the vehicle he was driving was struck head-on by a BMW that crossed the median unexpectedly while driving on Highway 60.

Joe Vizcarrondo was killed in the accident, as was the driver of the other vehicle, who was identified as Rolando Silva, as well as two passengers in Vizcarrondo’s Cadillac. They were identified as Jenna Kelley, and Lauren Phillips.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
