Representatives from the Indiana State Police have not yet released the identity of the individual that was killed in an industrial accident in Indianapolis, IN on Monday, November 11th, 2013, according to WISH. Police currently have reason to believe one person was killed when they were pinned by a forklift while working at Recycle Force on Brookside Avenue.
According to the report released by the media, the man was seriously hurt in the accident and was taken by emergency response personnel to a nearby hospital where he died a short time after his arrival. Authorities from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are said to be investigating the nature of the accident.
